Is our hair extensions Human Hair?

Our human hair extensions is 100% virgin, unprocessed hair.

How long does the hair extensions last or are to be kept?

Our human hair extensions can last for a significant amount of time based on proper care and maintenance to extend the lifespan.Our human hair extensions can be re-washed,
re-styled and re-used for at least two or more years.

Can I use heat styling tools and products on hair extensions?

Yes. As our hair is 100% human hair, just like your natural hair our human hair extensions can be blow-dried, curled and straightened.

Can I dye hair extensions?

Yes,Our human hair extensions are dye friendly and can be dyed or toned.

Can you wet your hair extensions?

Yes.As our human hair is water friendly and depending on texture brings out the best look when wet.

How many bundles will I need?

We recommend purchasing 2-3 bundles for a natural look and feel. If you prefer more of a full, volume look we recommend 3-4 bundles.For curly wave patterns and longer hair extensions we recommend 4 bundles as the longer the bundle the thinner it can be.

Do you offer delivery or pick up service?

Yes we offer both.There will be a 10.00 service fee for deliveries over 10 miles from zip code 77054.


How long is shipping?

It can take 48-72 hours to process your order depending on order case load. It takes up to 5-7 business days for shipping after your purchase and payment has been confirmed and processed.Orders for bundles and wigs do differ as for wigs it can take an additional 5-10 business days to ship after processing of order based on order request. Shipping is Fedex,USPS & DHL. Once package is shipped a tracking number will be sent to the email provided on order to track your package

Do you offer or honor returns,exchanges or refunds?

Unfortunately here at Distinction Hair by Michelle J. we do not offer or honor refunds, returns or exchanges unless our company is found liable for reason of refund,returns or exchange.Also due to COVID-19 and the spread of the coronavirus ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
